Lock-down art inspirations
During the Covid-19 lock-down, Skye Holland initiated #thefoodbankportraits drawing art portraits in charcoal and mixed media to commission and donating 25% to Sufra North West London food bank. She has also started delivering live online drawing classes – ‘Bite-Size Drawing’ – in response to the public demand for fresh creative contemporary art outlets. She recently co-authored a book called ‘Silver Linings’ talking about personal and unexpected positive experiences and a creative’s take on the crisis.
